💸 Graphic Joy Refund & Replacement Policy

At Graphic Joy, we’re passionate about delivering top-quality products that spark joy — whether you're decorating your space or promoting your business. Every item is carefully inspected before it ships. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back.

🛍️ 1. For Non-Custom Products

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The item is defective

  • The package was lost during shipping

  • The product is substantially different from what you ordered

We’re committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

🎨 2. For Custom Products (Made-to-Order)

Custom products are eligible for replacements only.
Because they’re made just for you, no refunds will be issued.

We’ll happily replace a custom order if:

  • It arrives damaged, defective, or lost

  • There’s an error in printing or customization (e.g., wrong size, misspelling, or design issue)

❗ Not eligible for replacement:

  • Slight color, size, or texture variations due to screen differences or handmade production

  • Personalization mistakes made by the customer (e.g., typos or incorrect details submitted)

Please double-check your custom details before submitting your order!

🏷️ 3. For Close-Out Products

Close-out items are final sale — no refunds will be issued.
Replacements are available only if the item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Is lost in transit

  • Contains a customization error

  3. Return Condition

    • If we request a return, items must be unused and in original condition
