🎨 Using Our Services
Graphic Joy provides custom design and print-on-demand products for businesses and individuals. By placing an order or submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate info and use our services for legit, lawful purposes only.
🧾 Orders & Payments
Everything we make is custom — built just for you.
Because of that:
- Orders are processed after payment is received
- Once production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible
- Shipping times may vary (we don’t control carriers, but we’ve got your back if issues come up)
✏️ Your Designs & Content
If you send us logos, images, or text:
- You confirm you have the rights to use them
- You give us permission to use them to complete your order
Designs created by Graphic Joy remain ours unless otherwise agreed (but don’t worry — you can absolutely use what we create for you).
⚠️ The Legal Stuff (Quick + Simple)
We do our best to deliver amazing results every time, but:
- We can’t guarantee everything will always be perfect or uninterrupted
- We’re not liable for indirect or unexpected damages
Basically — we care a lot, but we’re still human (and printers too).
